We are currently offering a free scope/consultation with one of our senior consultants. This includes an initial telephone call followed by an on-site meeting to discuss your current IT challenges and explore how Weald could work with you to resolve them. All consultations are subsequently followed by a comprehensive report and proposal.
We will ask probing questions designed to reveal what your true requirements are and what the true costs of I.T. are to your business. Having established this, we will provide a report and proposal to lower on-going costs (if possible).

We believe in major brand equipment and encourage the purchase of commercial specifications with 3 years manufacturer cover. We know from experience that time is money and time is lost by dealing with IT problems.
We quote fixed prices for installation - we generally know from experience how long it takes to install a product and if you are an existing client, we'll also have documented the install procedures for your system. If an engineer takes longer, it'll be our problem. If we are unable to quote a fixed price, then it will be apparent in the quotation.
After every NEW CLIENT INSTALL - a director will visit site and provide a QC CHECK AND TRAINING.
When we provide a complete new system, after the engineers have finished a senior consultant will attend your site approximately one week later to check that your goals have been met. In addition they will check that the engineers have installed and documented to the required standard and provide some basic admin training so that you can take full ownership of the system.
