Outsourcing – block purchase of time ‘STAFF I.T.’

Bronze: £1100 – 13 hours / 84.62h
Silver: £1,800 – 26 hours / 69.23h
Gold: £3,295 – 52 hours / 63.37h
Call Outs are only charged when calls are made within 4 hours of call for emergency work outside of a contract.

Minimum charge for site call is 1 hour, then in 15 minute intervals following.
Travel will not be charged unless beyond 30 miles of base.
Minimum charge for repair work – half hour
Point at which helpdesk calls become chargeable – more than 15 mins (officially), discretionary to 30 mins.
